1. Agreement to Terms

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirements

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. Minors between 13-17 years old may participate with parental consent and supervision.

Account Accuracy

When registering for courses or creating an account, you agree to:

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

Course Registration

Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise specified. Class sizes may be limited, and registration is processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Terms

• All course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless payment plan arrangements are made
• Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change course prices with 30 days' notice
• Payment processing fees may apply for certain payment methods

Refund Policy

Full Refund: Available up to 14 days before course start date

50% Refund: Available 7-14 days before course start date

No Refund: Less than 7 days before course start date or after course has begun

Course Cancellation: If we cancel a course, full refund will be provided or credit applied to future courses

5. Course Attendance and Participation

Attendance Requirements

• Regular attendance is expected for all enrolled courses
• Students must notify us in advance of planned absences
• Make-up sessions may be available for missed classes, subject to availability
• Excessive absences may result in course completion failure

Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Arrive on time and prepared for classes
• Participate constructively in class activities
• Follow all safety guidelines during practical sessions
• Respect intellectual property rights of instructors and peers

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All course materials, including but not limited to:

• Written materials, handouts, and guides
• Video and audio recordings
• Photography examples and demonstrations
• Website content and blog articles
• Software and digital tools

Are the exclusive property of Sytnaya Klyukva and protected by copyright laws. Students may use materials for personal learning purposes only.

Student Work

You retain ownership of photographs and creative work you create during our courses. However, you grant us permission to use your work for educational and promotional purposes with proper attribution.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell our course materials
• Record classes without express written permission
• Share login credentials or course access with others
• Use our materials for commercial purposes without authorization

7. Equipment and Technology Requirements

Camera Equipment

Students are responsible for bringing appropriate camera equipment to practical sessions. We will provide a recommended equipment list upon enrollment. Basic equipment may be available for rental or loan, subject to availability.

Technology Access

For online courses and digital components:

• Reliable internet connection is required
• Compatible device with current web browser
• Software requirements will be specified for each course
• Technical support is available during business hours

8. Certification and Completion

Certificate Requirements

To receive a course completion certificate, students must:

• Attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions
• Complete all required assignments and projects
• Demonstrate competency in course objectives
• Meet all course-specific requirements

Certificate Validity

Our certificates indicate successful completion of our educational programs but do not constitute professional licensing or certification by external bodies.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Limitation of Liability

Educational Services

Our courses are educational in nature. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Career advancement or job placement

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sytnaya Klyukva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Student Notification

Termination by Student

Students may withdraw from courses subject to our refund policy outlined in Section 4.

Termination by Company

We may terminate student enrollment for:

• Violation of these Terms or course policies

14. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law
